Your tasks
- Implementation of commissioninig of our products and systems
- Assembly, maintenance and service work for our products and systems
- As a service technician, you will advice our customers on configuration, operation and maintenance
- Practical tests in the field and in the factory
- Independent creation of technical reports or review protocols according to our templates
- Error analysis and resolution of faults or customer compaints
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as an electrical engineer, mechatronics engineer (electrical machine technology), or similar
- You are fluent in spoken and written German and have basic knowledge of English.
- You have a high willingness to travel for international assembly assignments
- You are resilient and able to keep track of different tasks at the same time
- You have a high level of commitment and initiative
- You enjoy working with people and want to be part of our successful team
- You should demonstrate a competent, customer-friendly demeanor and and independent, responsible way of working.
