The robust hyperbolic cutter chops up stringy material effortlessly and prevents it from winding around and blocking up the system. The high-quality tool-steel cutters are re-adjustable, their cutting edges can be used four times.
The drive shaft running in oil bath has multiple bearings and seals as well as an exchangeable stainless steel bushing. Hard impacts can be reduced in this way.
The particularly resistant pump housing is made of a special cast iron and has a large intake opening with a diameter of 160mm.
The Magnum LE/LP has an enormous stirring power. It breaks up even extremely thick and viscous floating crusts in no time. The pump chops up all solids and stringy materials and mixes them to a homogenous pulp. Here the swivelling mixing nozzle plays a key role: It can be turned through 220° horizontally as well as 30° down and 15° up in vertical direction.
The top intake ensures that no heavy foreign objects and stones are sucked in by the pump. This avoids clogging when the pump is immerged in floating crusts.
With the help of the BAUER-three way valve it is possible to switch easily between mixing and pumping. This way the pump does not have to be switched off and remains in continuous operation when switching between mixing and filling the tanker.
