The Bauer Academy is based on a sustainable training concept with a strong practical orientation for the service technicians of the Bauer Group itself as well as for the service employees of our dealers. Our trainings are organized in small groups so that both beginners and experts get the maximum benefit. Everyone receives exactly the knowledge they need. In other words, everything necessary to confidently and competently assist the customer in the field.
The Bauer Academy with its 800 m² training center at the Voitsberg headquarters offers the perfect conditions for acquiring deep expertise in the use and servicing of our products. Plenty of training models are available for the practical exercises – Rainstars, pumps, separators, stirrers and mixers – so that everyone gets hands-on time to try out the steps on the machine. Always with professional guidance by our experts, who know the products inside and out thanks to many years of Bauer experience.
Our trainings are designed to be intensive. We also keep group sizes small. One Bauer expert oversees two to four people at a time, and all participants carry out every step for themselves. It is important to us that the course participants can apply what they’ve learned directly on the machine. After all, what you have done with your own hands stays with you. And competence is such a good feeling.
Our trainings are focused heavily on practical situations that our service technicians will encounter out in the field. Typical, real-life scenarios are recreated at the academy, including installation, commissioning and maintenance tasks as well as troubleshooting and repairs. The participants find solutions together with our experts and implement them on the machine. Our experts share their tips and tricks and guide the participants in the art of troubleshooting. This leaves them perfectly equipped to confidently handle any service task.
Every course is designed as an intensive training with a focus on installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. The trainings are intended for service employees, mechanics, workshop managers, replacement parts sellers and people with experience in other systems. They are suitable for participants of all skill and experience levels.
