In order to spread the fertiliser value contained in the slurry with possibly low emission loss, distribution must be made directly onto the soil with smallest possible emission surface. This can be achieved only by spreading - or better - by direct incorporation of the slurry in stripes into the soil. Manure distribution in one working step with depositing, slitting or incorporation is the only economic way of fertilising. As a rule, the strip width depends on the track of the spray boom / crops. With 30m tracks, for example, a strip width of 15m makes sense, but can also be selected, for example, with a 30m hose applicator boom together with a correspondingly large tanker. With ground-level spreading technology, you use additional spreading time windows and save expensive mineral fertiliser as the valuable fertiliser values in the slurry can be used better.
The configuration of strip widths should always embrace the tanker size, the pumping capacity, the track length and the application rate. - WE will calculate for you - tailored to your farm - the purposeful tanker sizes and strip widths.
The trailing shoe applicator has got trailing shoes of special design so that it can open the crop and deposit the slurry directly onto the ground. The trailing shoe applicator is especially designed for grassland and stands, but can also be used in fields or stubble. Depending on the tanker size, the trailing shoe applicator is able to manage spreading booms with a strip width of up to 24m. The outlet hoses are 40mm thick and evenly supplied via one or two spreader head heads and placed at a row distance of 25 cm. A slope compensation system optimally adjusts the individual spring-loaded trailing shoes to the terrain. Dripping is prevented by swivelling up the outlet hoses. Emission losses are avoided by direct application with a coulter pressure of approx. 10 kg on the ground. The specially developed Alrena spreader heads cut the fibres and ensure the system's functional reliability. Partial width shut-off is available as an option and allows precise spreading without overlapping.

The hose applicator is the most universal spreading boom. The hose applicator can be used in crops, grassland, stubble and arable land. The slurry is deposited directly on the ground via outlet hoses with guiding springs which ensure the row distance. Depending on the tanker size, the hose applicator is able to manage spreading booms with a strip width of 7.5m to 36m. The outlet hoses are 40mm thick and evenly supplied via one, two or more ExaCut spreader head heads and placed directly on the ground. The proven ExaCut spreader heads cut the fibres and ensure the system's functional reliability. Dripping is prevented by swivelling up the outlet hoses. Partial width shut-off is available as an option and allows precise spreading without overlapping.

The coulter disk injector has specially designed cutter disks that actively cut the soil and deposit the slurry directly into the slit. The coulter disk injector is especially designed for grassland, but can also be used in crops or stubble. Depending on the tanker- and tractor size, the coulter disk injector can manage strip widths of 6.0m to 12.3m. The All Track Farmer is specially designed to be attached to slurry tankers of lightweight design so that the empty weight of the slurry tanker is kept as low as possible. The outlet hoses are 50mm thick and evenly supplied via a spreader head head and placed at a row distance of 20 (18) cm. Dripping is prevented by squeeze valves. The pairs of disks equipped with a self-steering system, actively slit 20-60mm deep into the soil, thus reducing nutrient losses. The specially developed horizontal spreader heads cut the fibres and ensure the system's functional reliability.

The Cerres S short disk harrow applies the slurry into the soil in one operation. The 2 rows of toothed hollow disks apply the slurry flatly and easily into the soil. Maintenance-free, specially sealed bearings and a disk diameter of 510 mm make the Cerres S an economical implement, specially designed to be attached to slurry tankers. The compact disk harrow can be used for stubble cultivation and in arable farming. Depending on the tanker- and tractor size, the compact disk harrow can manage strip widths of 3.0m to 6m - up to 8.0m with Bauer self-propelled technology. The outlet hoses are 50mm thick and evenly supplied via a spreader head head and are placed behind the first disk row. Dripping is prevented by swivelling up the boom arms. The serrated large disks of the second disk row apply the slurry under the soil and thus considerably reduce nutrient losses. The specially developed horizontal spreader head cuts the fibres and ensure the system's functional reliability. The depth guidance is set either by guide wheels or a tube roller. The tube roller reconsolidates the soil and optimises the working pattern.

The Cerres G is a large spring tine harrow cultivator specially designed for slurry incorporation on a slurry tanker. Two types are available: the light cultivator "L" and the heavy cultivator "S" which have been specially developed as slurry cultivators for slurry tankers and incorporation in one operation. The two-row design combined with a high frame clearance ensures good material flow. The Cerres G is equipped as standard with spring-loaded tines with reversible coulters which loosen the soil well. The slurry cultivator can be used for stubble cultivation and in arable farming. Depending on the tanker- and tractor size, the slurry cultivator can manage strip widths of 3.0m to 6m. The slurry is deposited under the soil directly behind the tines via 50mm injection pipes. The row distance of only 30 cm ensures that the plants are supplied with nutrients over the entire area. The 450/620 mm diameter tube roller behind the tine serves to control the height, to level and crumble the clods of soil and to slightly reconsolidate the loosened soil. The spring-loaded sturdy tines apply the slurry under the soil and thus considerably reduce nutrient losses. The specially developed Dosimat spreader head cuts the fibres and ensure the system's functional reliability. The depth guidance is set either by guide wheels or a tube roller. The tube roller reconsolidates the soil and optimises the working pattern.
